I received this battery and everything was fine except for one of the mounting ears had broken off. I contacted the seller (Reparo) and they quickly sent a new battery. However, upon opening the box, the same mounting ear was also broken off. The packaging seemed ok but that ear is pretty flimsy. It does seem to have shorter battery life than a genuine Dell battery, but you save on purchase price.

I needed to replace my battery it was a perfect match. Thank You
