Q: What is the difference between the kurgo skybox booster and the the kurgo rover booster? They look the same, but are priced differently.

Most of the Kurgo Booster Seats are "Skybox style" Booster Seats, which are designed to hang over a single bucket seat or the smaller side of a split rear bench that folds down. The main differences between the Skybox Booster Seat, the Rover Booster Seats, and the Journey Booster Seat are materials used and design details. The Skybox and the Journey Booster Seats have zippered side pockets to hold treats and toys, while the pockets on the Rover Booster Seats are secured with Velcro. The Skybox and the Journey have two layers of fabric on the inside of the interior, while the Rover Booster has only one. The liners on the Rover Booster Seats are fleece, while the Skybox Booster Seat has a corduroy liner. The Journey Booster Seat has a fleece liner that is not removeable, only the pad is removeable on this seat. On all other seats, the liners and pads are removeable for cleaning. Otherwise, all of the "Skybox style" Booster seats are are the same in terms of their size and functionality. It is the minor details and differences in outer material that account for the differences in prices.

Q: I have two Yorkies, about 5 pounds each, they wont sit without eachother, can I put them both into the booster seat and have them secured in?

I have a 11 pound, 8 month old silky terrier and there's plenty of room for another dog. I believe you'll be able to get both of your babies in it together with no problems. The Kurgo booster has a built in clip attached to the back of the seat. What I do to secure my baby is I clip his leash to his harness that he wears when he's out and about and then I connect the harness to the clip that's connected to the booster seat. This way, he's safe, secure and he's still able to sit up and look out the car window, or sleep if he's tired. He's been riding in the car since he was 3 months old so he knows the drill!!

Q: will this work in center of back seat where there is mo headrest?

This car seat will only work on a seat in which the side straps can wrap around the seat (only large enough to fit around a standard size seat) and the top strap can be secured around something higher than the booster bucket. It is designed to collapse, so without something to hang it from, it will just collapse around the dog.
