The quality of bottle pait
After three month colours of paint disappear from some part of bottle. The holding band is very week after new days it break it .

Not honoring replacement
The piece we received was faulty and we requested for a replacement. Request was made on April 29th and still waiting for a replacement on May 20th.

Love it
Use the water bottle all the time. Even carry it when I travel. Remember this is not a thermos - so it won’t keep things hot or cold.

Good from inside bad from outside
The insulation of the bottle is excellent, and it keeps hot water hot and cold water cold for an extended period. I am very pleased with its performance in this regard. However, I have noticed that the outer black coating of the bottle has begun to peel off, revealing the silver material underneath.

Good bottle
I just bought because it looked its convenient to carry around and didn’t care about insulation since other reviews were mixed about insultation but it did keep my water cold after 13 hours 2 months after I purchased so its VFM to me.
