Pricey But Effecient
This molding is very pricey. That aside, unless you want to go to Home Depot, get cut wood, or cut wood yourself, treat it, and then paint it, this is an easier and faster option. You'll just need some caulking and paint and you're good to go. I like how it has changed the overall design of the entryway.

Not sure what this stuff is made of, but it came with lots of cracks and is super cheap and fragile.
