These protectors are excellent - semi rigid, very thin slot at the top for inserting the card, and easy to stack. Spilling drink on them is not a problem (unless it seeps into the holder via capilliary action, but that's unlikely) and they're durable enough to protect against dropping random things on them. I use these to protect my Marvel Crisis Protocol character cards and they're just right.

Firstly the packing these arrived in was very poor quality. The outer parcel was a bag which was split and the inner packaging was a plastic bag which was also split so absolutely no control of contaminates entering the product. The sleeves themselves were disappointingly thin and flimsy and not at all what I expected having used similar products from other manufacturers before. The clarity of the plastic is fine allowing a clear view of the contents. These sleeves do not offer the firm protection I had hoped for and are too easy to bend. Overall disappointing.
