We absolutely love this retractable pet gate! We got it to keep our dogs out of the cat’s room and it’s been a total game changer. We installed it a few inches off the ground so our cat can easily slip underneath while the dogs stay out. It works perfectly for our setup.It was super easy to install and only took my husband a short amount of time to get it up and running. The material is also really high quality, sturdy but still sleek, and it doesn’t look bulky or cheap in our home.Highly recommend for anyone needing a flexible and attractive way to manage pet spaces!

I bought this for my dogs, they LOVE to lay out on the back porch but I don't like leaving them without eyes on them. We live in the middle of the woods, and despite our best efforts, they like to tear off after things "doin' a protec". This baby gate was PERFECT for keeping them in but also allowing them to see out (50lb Australian shepherd, 80lb rottie/lab mix) they're not SMALL dogs but they're also not my old 120lb Great Dane. Gate was incredibly easy to install and so far has really surpassed my expectations. The gate is pretty sturdy, but I suspect if my rottie mix REALLY wanted to she could probably bust through. (Plastic hooks are kind of flimsy) the aussie COULD hop over but she won't jump anything she can't see over/on to.

Gate is fairly easy to install. No issues. The gate works well after you learn how it handles. I am pleased as it is doing its job and looks good to boot. I would recommend for dogs. I am not using it for children so do not assume that it will work for a person. But for my four dogs it is excellent. Again working for my paw footed friends and not any children.

I ultimately had to return it, because there was a part missing. However, I want to say that this was a really well built product. I liked that it had a lock, so it could not be opened by accident. It was sturdy, and the instructions were really clear. The one star off was just that I had to return it.

Our dog would jet off our porch to bark at the neighbor dog. He ended up severely hurting his foot and needed surgery. Plus my wife wanted to be able to sit on the porch and read without the dog having free access to the yard. The gate is good so far. I had to print custom brackets with my 3D printer to mount to the railings. Wish they made something for it but it was simple to do and works great.

We have a large upper deck in the back of our home that we like to congregate and relax. Our small Yorkie loves to be out with us, but we didn’t want her to access the steps leading to our lower deck and get away. This adds just the right touch to keep her in (she is not strong, I am not sure a large dog could be deterred with this gate) while keeping the clean outside look. We got it in gray to match our deck and it is a lovely addition, as well as being secure!

Fits what I need. Took a bit to install, but not due to the product, although a bit clearer directions would have been nice. Good value for the money. Looking forward to seeing it in action now that it is installed.

Seems OK now that it is installed. Opens and closes easily. However, the installation does not work as per the instructions so don't waste your time trying. The idea is that you put the mounting brackets on the gate, remove the adhesive cover from the brackets and stick it all in place. Then you just lift the gate off the brackets and screw them into place. Since they wrote those instructions they added a little locking mechanism I assume to stop the gate being easily lifted off the mounting brackets. Anyway, regardless, the adhesive is not strong enough and the brackets fit too tight to the gate so when you lift the gate it will pull the brackets off the wall too. So you will need to invent your own way of doing it. I would also recommend not using the included screws as they are cheap and low quaity. Heads strip and one snapped as I was screwing it in.
