Philips Norelco Shaver 2400 Series, Wet and Dry Electric Shaver, Pop-up Trimmer, P-Cap, Deep Black, Model X3001/90

After over five years of daily use with my old Philips shaver, I finally decided it was time for an upgrade — and the Philips Norelco 2400 Series has been a fantastic replacement. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m very satisfied with its performance.The shave is smooth, quiet, and comfortable. It glides easily over the skin and handles both short stubble and longer hair without pulling or irritation. I was pleasantly surprised at how much the technology has improved since my last model — this one feels faster and more efficient.Battery life is great, and I love that it’s easy to clean. For the price, it delivers excellent value. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the higher-end models, but it does exactly what I need — and does it well.If you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss electric shaver at a reasonable price, I highly recommend the 2400 Series. It’s a solid choice whether you’re upgrading from an older Philips model or just starting with electric shaving.

Ok, this is funny. Ive had this darned shaver for years. One of the pieces holding it together fell off and went down the drain, and so I bought a new shaver. The new shaver sucked, so I went back to this one even though one of the pieces holding it together was missing. It works great and shaves still, and I am too stubborn to buy a new one. I love it.

The product is pretty good. I have sensitive skin and it works good! My only issue is that. Do not use if you have stretch marks. It started to cut me.

Bought for my son and he's loving it. It leaves his face super soft and with no bumps or ingrown hairs. And it is water resistant for sure, he uses it while on the shower sometimes.

I purchased the electric shaver for my husband in December 2024, and it will no longer charge.Update: I changed my rating from 2 to 5 star because of the company's product warranty (2 year) and customer service. I reached out to Philip's customer service about they sent my husband a replacement shaver.

This thing performs well and I could give it 5 star if it had Lithium Ion battery. But the power fades quickly like it uses NiCad or NmH obsolete battery tech. This is important because its like putting a VW engine in a Ferrari. It has the components for a powerful shave but the mfg doesn't let you have it. You get one good performance. The other thing is the trimmer is weak and cheesy. But I guess the mfg has to compete with 'me too' features without regard for people actually using the trimmer. I am really disappointed that I am denied more than one good shave. If I can't get the performance, the mfg does't get a better review.

(ATTENTION LONG HAIR) I have long hair down to my waist, noticed razor pulls in my hairs occasionally while shaving. Then two rotors stopped working, when I opened the rotary Blades they were tangled and packed With long hair preventing them from Spinning. So if you have long hair open them up and check them regularly or keep your hair tied back while shaving. This is my first time using a rotary so I didn’t even even know this could happen. Other than that, this razor gives a beautiful shave, only need a light touch to your face, well worth the money, clean close and sharp.

It is a USB device and does not come with the AC to USB adapter. So be aware of that. I guess Norelco figures you charge your razor and your phone at the same place.Other than that issue it does the job as a razor.
