I used to work in a pizza shop. I've had some bad slicers. This one is great for home. It comes with a blade cover. It's sharp, the handle is sturdy and the tension is on point. Anyone who's cut a pizza right knows you got to get through the crust. It's pretty handy when you order a pizza for delivery and the slices are stuck together still. I can see using this as a great dough cutter too because of the non-stick blade. I would buy as gift for someone just moving into a new home. They will be thankful on day one if their kitchen isn't set up yet and they have to cut their delivery pizza in smaller slices for kids.
