We got them because they look sleek. For some odd reason we still have a land line phone. They work nicely.

I like everything about this landline phone.Pleasant ringerPhone has its own block list you hit when sales or unwanted calls come in.Setup is so simple I did not even have to access the manual.

I could not set the phone according to my preferences. The phone would ring and I could not identify the ringer. The informational packet did not reference my concerns. I thought maybe the phone was for persons with disabilities. I tried to work with the phone, but decided to late to return it!

The quality of the material is good, it's lightweight, the manual is simple detailed and easy. The only complaint it's the quality of the sound, I have very sensitive ears and the sound in calls is distorted both on speakerphone and normal, most of the time I'm trying to guess what the other person is talking about because of the distortion of the sound. It's like the quality of the speakers is very cheap. Also some times I have headaches because of the noise that hurt my ears.

I purchased this Gigaset 552A to replace an older AT&T cordless phone set. The microphone was going and it was hard for callers to hear me. So sound quality reviews were a big reason I was attracted to the 552A. It is an excellent phone trio set. Fantastic sound quality which is clear for the callers and loud enough for the receivers. Easy to setup, the buttons are easy to read and well lit. The analog clock display option screen saver is a work of art. Well satisfied with this purchase.

It worked great while it worked. After 18 months it stopped charging. Even with new rechargeable batteries it won’t charge.

Tried 3 other phones before buying this one. This one is great. Volume, ease of use, sound quality, and looks great. I know there was some bad reviews but I decided to give it a try. love, love love it. I'm 75 and had no problem figuring it out. No clear cut directions but it's really easy.

I have poor cell range at home, even with Wi-Fi calling. I’m online all day and unable to get too far from my desk using the equipment we’re required to use. However, sometimes when I don’t need to be sitting in front of a camera, I’m able to sneak away via a cordless landline…so I can get some steps in while I let my dog out, fix lunch or toss a load of clothes into the dryer. Unfortunately, my old standby cordless phone has seen better days, and I’ve been searching and searching for something fresh. Most vendors have opted out of what must’ve seemed like a dead market. But then I discovered these Gigaset models. And I’m blown away. They took what might’ve been a tapped out vein of gold…and they’ve found a way to instead harvest platinum. These phones are sleek and modern and super functional. They do every single thing I need - and even some pie-in-the-sky stuff I’ve only wished for. Out of the box, they’re awesome. I admit that I had to use the QR code to get to the manual…to uncover all of the really cool features. But I couldn’t be happier. I plugged in a headset, used hands free, muted my clinking around in the kitchen noises, changed ringtones for family members, added my VoIP voicemail code…all in the first 15-20 minutes. I’m all set. Ordered another couple of handsets. Life is good.

I think that a lot of brain storming went into the design and function of this phone. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It has useful functions I haven't seen on any other phone I have used.I would recommend this phone.

Buen producto, aunque un poco caro.

The product is not as advertised. Since we bought this item, it’s doesn’t work properly - where the outbound call is barred. I tried everything I could find online, including calling the service provider and still of no use, the problem still exists. Tried even reaching out to Gigaset through their website and could find a solution or a number / email to reach out to get this sorted. I wish I could return the item but then Househelp threw away the box or would have done that to at least get my money back.
