These look very nice on my cubicle walls and hold a sufficient number of files (although you won't get many files in one sleeve). It is shown with file folders and these are essential long term, because your papers will curl if you leave them in for awhile without additional support. They are really useful for papers you use regularly and need easy, quick access to, but do not expect them to be a replacement for desktop file holders, which are sturdier and hold many more files.

This is exactly what I wanted for my home office. Conveniently keeps my most used files within arms reach without having to bend over the filing cabinet all the time.The new grey color looks great in my room, I really didn't want one of the black ones with my room colors. There were no over the door hangers but I would not want this on my door, works great on the wall.
