Value for dollar. Worth the buy at the price point

The Tech Dech Pro boards are very fun, they feel solid, and they can take a beating. I Would like to see repair kits/customizable wheels/bearings options in the future as well as maybe some shape variety. Solid purchase though, these boards are FUN!

where do I even start?

First off the board was noticeably warped out of the package. I had to fix it by heating it and twisting it into shape.Secondly, the graphic was poorly applied. It's chipped in a few spots and chewed up around the board rails. I've made equivalent looking fingerboard graphics out of Blu Ray cover slips and trading cards.Third, these bearings just aren't very good. Grindy, and you lose speed as you apply pressure.Fourth, I don't like this truck configuration at all. Beyond that it just doesn't make any sense. These are inverted kingpins, which by design are supposed to be tightened down pretty snug to help the kingpin from loosening, but if you tighten these down the turning get way too tight. Even if you remove the washer and tighten the kingpin down it's still pretty tight tuning, but it's at least usable this way.Fifth of all the bushings are terrible. Same soft, crappy rubber used in cheaper tech decks. They were splitting immediately out of the package so I swapped them for something higher quality.Sixth, the wheels are cheap plastic. Obvious mold lines running down the center that become more apparent as the wheels pick up dirt. Combined with the grindy bearings I will be replacing these completely at some point, if I decide to keep using this. There's a lot wrong here. This left a terrible first impression for what the "pro" line of Tech Deck has to offer. I've been buying TDs since the X-Concepts days, I want nothing more than for them to offer a great professional option, but for how long it's been this was a shockingly bad presentation. I won't even mention the noticeable chip in my grind box. Even the tool feels cheap. I love the shape of it but it definitely doesn't grip or perform any better than your average, plastic handle FB tool. The best I'll say for this setup is that it is exceptionally light, when you pop the board it really floats because of it. The diamond pattern grip feels genuinely good to use, nice and grippy. Also it's just nice to not have to assemble a pro board for a change. Assuming you fix whatever issues yours will have and swap sone parts out with something better you'll get a good setup out of this. With what I've done with mine so far it rides OK. I'd say the deck is the best part of the entire package but with as warped as mine was initially I can't really say that. I can completely leave the trucks, bearings and wheels. What you get out of the box isn't worth the price.Trust me when I say you're better off with something like an LC Boards deck and some Amazon trucks and wheels. You'll be spending the same and you'll end up with something more functional. To label a release like this as anything professional is laughable. I appreciate the effort but the quality control isn't here and beyond that there are questionable choices regarding material.

Best fingerboard I’ve used so far, top overall quality and setup

I’m familiar with tech decks for 20+ years and this new setup is very welcome. A solid, quality fingerboard, great concave and materials. Love the flex that the trucks are able to do with the bushings. The feel of the board is very comfortable and it’s significantly bigger than a standard sized tech deck. I wasn’t a fan of foam for grip but this isn’t that bad at all and it feels like I have more control with it on. Also love that it comes with a grind box, better high quality mini tool.

If you buy it note: the wheels have bearings but are not rubber.

Nice tech deck pro good quality we would get this but a element brand if we have the money maybe on christmas but it’s the pro series so might as well show a picture that I actually bought it for around 30$ Love the board but not the price… Still pretty good though!

I didn't know what to expect i guess.

It's a cool fingerboard. It comes with a cool little "display case" (it doubles as a box you can Ollie on to.) And a little skate tool. The fingerboard itself is nice. The graphic is dope, trucks seem quality. I spun the first wheel and it quickly stopped and I was like whatever I spent $32 on a tiny skateboard lol (time of review it's $28). But I got to the last wheel and it would spin much much better than the rest. Probably represents how they all should be.As you can see in one of the pictures, the box has two sealed stickers on it making me think it was repackaged. I could see why someone would be unhappy with this product and return it. But if that is the case I thought I was getting a new productIt was either used and returned or they are just kinda blehh out of the box. Cool graphic tho!

Confused

I’m a little confused, the boards are not the same as the photos and no “pro” hardware was included. Feels like we got scammed. They’re both plastic and there’s no grip tape.
