Great Cornbread Again!
I’ve been making mom’s cornbread for years. When we moved near an Aldi I bought their baking powder and it ruined my cornbread with the most horrible bitter flavor and baking powder clumps throughout. My Nana was rolling in her grave when she heard I served that abomination to company. Fortunately I found this amazing product and my cornbread has been saved. My first, upgraded ingredients, pan of cornbread just came out of the oven, I immediately dug in, and it is amazing once again. Aluminum Free is a big bonus!

Corn free!!!!!
I’m allergic to corn and I’m so thankful this baking powder isn’t cut with cornstarch! THANK YOU! Please please please never change your ingredients! The corn allergy community loves this product! Works excellent, provides rise and quality food. I’m so sick of corn starch everywhere in everything so I’m thankful for this and can’t say it enough! Great value for money!

Great product except for the lumps
My most important "like" is the ingredients. I require gluten-free, aluminum- free, and corn-free. I bake a lot of quick-bread and this BP works excellently.My only complaint is the lumps. I periodically shake the can to bust up the lumps. Because of the lumps, when mixing the dry ingredients I have to break up the lumps as small as possible. This is not a deal-breaker, it just requires a little more effort while mixing.I plan to continue using this product.

Great for recipes that call for alot of baking soda. Best If Used By is 3 years. Code decipher is YDDD (Julian Date). For example - 4188 means produced in 2024 on the 188th day (July 7th) . BBD 7/7/27.

Had to buy because it uses no corn starch. Corn starch makes me sick. Glad Amazon had this product.
