real taste of 100% natural cocoa powder
Hershey cocoa powder is made by an American company and when Americans do products, they make top quality products without cheating. When they say, the product is 100% pure and natural, it is so. Thus, this cocoa powder 225g is 100% pure and natural: it has the real taste of 100% cocoa powder and it is a reference aroma product.In comparison, local cocoa powders or unknown brands of cocoa powders have an added artificial flavour.This Hershey cocoa powder is perfect to be used for chocolate milk and chocolate sauce, as well as for chocolate cake.Thank you to Amazon to sell this product as this product was out of stock in local shops.

Unsweetened yet delicious
I'd probably give full stars but the very nature of this product i.e. it's super-fine powdery form is a bit of hassle to work with. It's just everywhere the moment I open the lid, thus leading to some wastage. When I received it, the secondary-paper lid had torn at the edge slightly due to pressure from the primary lid and some of the powder had escaped the box. I beleive the packaging is to be blamed. I guess a different shape would prevent wastage like maybe a narrow top and wider bottom.It tastes delicious though and seems to be pure cocoa. In it's raw form it has a mild brown hue but after baking it turns into a beautiful shade of dark brown color. I have used it to bake cakes/cupcakes and prepared chocolate glaze. I have no concerns about it's quality.
