Great product ELGI BIGG WET GRINDER
Mr. Shashi Kumar visited our place and demonstrated the product and described the product in detail. Good Product and Good Service.However, after his visit, yesterday we found out water is dripping from the drum for which we have called the ELGI Technician who will be visiting us on Monday, if not satisfied weMight seek product return/exchangeYesterday a new drum was replaced and now the problem of seeping was sorted out. Thanks for the quick response

Do not buy it!!!
The media could not be loaded. Refrain from buying this unit. Through I had a really good experience on the earlier unit i had bought, which ran without any trouble for 10 solid years, this unit has always been a trouble maker since the day I bought last year May 2024. Exactly one year completed last week and today the locking handle completely broke off from the main housing. Even On arrival the unit had marks of earlier use, which I noticed later. On my second run, it stopped running and I had to register a complaint in their app. The technician replaced the belt which make me wonder now, how long was it used before I bought. Though I have used it sparingly, Now with the handle broken it is beyond repair and just has to be replaced. I have raised a ticket hoping them to replace it. I really am having a tough time with it. Please do not buy it as it has been a horrible experience for me till now.

The product was delivered as per schedule. In the About this product session it's mentioned Atta Kneader and Coconut Scraper is there and in the product photos as well it's mentioned, So I have decided to return the product.
