Taste great and work well...

Tastes like Spanish lime. This gel gives me something to look forward to on my long runs because I like the taste. It goes down easy without needing water, so no coughing or lingering sugary taste. The tab retainer makes it more eco-friendly. And I haven't had any performance issues either.

Good on the bike nutrition. Convenient when racing. However, the package top when torn does not always get you to the contents. I've had to resort to cutting the top with scissors before going out for a ride, but that can leave a mess. Best option so far is to empty the contents into a flask. Neutral taste that doesn't leave an aftertaste like SIS gels can.

Good taste, not sticky like other gels that I used to buy. Really effective keeping energy level as desired. Packaging was good and product received in excellent conditions.
