Dustin is awesome! Well I accidentally ordered the wrong size pins. Well I contacted the company. When I say that that was the customer service I've ever received. He was knowledgeable he gave me tips on how to get the most use out of my equipment. He also went as far as to give me people to subscribe to on YouTube and Facebook. Like I said awesome customer service. Back to the reason for the pins I was ordering them for my total gym XLS. He told me the exact size pins that l needed. Product exactly as advertised and work just like the original pins. The seller was amazing. He spent the time trying to get ahold of me before shipping the pins to be sure I had the correct pins for my model of Total Gym. I highly recommend buying from this seller even if the prices are a smidge more. He is in the US and actually cares about the customers!

The pins fit perfectly on my total fitness xls. When ordering I mistakenly ordered the wrong pins and Dustin was a big help. He was kind enough to send me the correct pins as an exchange. Now I can use my workout equipment.
