Great features, great performance, great value!!
This is by far the best portable blender I’ve ever used at this price point!! It has the right combination of useful features which makes it perfect for home or on the road. The 20 oz cup is amazing…it’s much larger than other portable blenders at this price point. The lid is also amazing…I love the handle and the flip-too which makes it easy to drink after blending. The motor is very powerful…it crushes through ice and frozen fruits/vegetables with ease which is great for making protein smoothies after the gym. It’s super easy to clean, and the battery life seems good so far. I’ve used alot of portable blenders over the years and I have to say, for the price, this is a solid choice!! Happy blending 😁

Works while charging
Love it. While it is rechargeable, also works while plugged in so no need to trip out if it’s gassed out on battery. Plug in and go.

A Huge Disappointment
I had really high hopes for this blender. We make smoothies with our traditional NutriBullet blender at home every day. I travel a lot, so I have been searching for a good portable blender to take on the road with me. Others I've tried were smaller and a little bit slow. I thought this larger name brand one would be ideal.Out of the box it appeared to be amazing. Construction seemed substantial, and it even looks cool. The instructions are clear and complete. I gave it a good charge and set out to test it on a simple banana smoothie:8 oz Mango juiceHalf a bananaA few slices of canned beetsA few chunks of frozen mangoSome chopped kaleA scoop of protein powderI was careful to keep it below the “Max” line on the cup. I powered it up and got a solid blue light, which indicates that it is good to go.When I started the blend it ran for about two seconds, chopping everything a bit, then stopped with the indicator light flashing red. I was thought it was just stuck on the banana, which is not exactly the kind of performance I was hoping for, but I thought I could clear it.Turning it over and shaking it, there was no obstruction around the blade. I gave it a few more tries with no luck. I emptied it and rinsed out all the debris, added water, and it still will not do anything but flash red. I let it sit for a couple of hours, and it still flashed red.I took it apart and fussed around with the alignment of the mark on the bottom, and after aligning it carefully and trying it several times it went blue and ran. I have not had a chance to try it under load again, because I’m heading out of town. I don’t feel like I can trust this blender so I’m leaving it behind for this trip. I’ll mess with it when I get back, and if the trouble clears up I’ll update my review. At this point, though, I have to consider it basically useless.

Awesome
Works wonderfully. It is so quiet compared to my other blender. I love it

Not quick, not easy, but does work (eventually)
It works, eventually. I read the reviews before purchasing and saw that someone had the same issue I’m now having, where after starting the blender it immediately stops and the light turns red, and the blade won’t spin (as though it’s stuck on my frozen fruit). So the blender isn’t very powerful. I even made sure to put my ingredients in the suggested order per the instructions. All that said, it can make a smoothie. It’ll take more than 5 minutes to blend though.. closer to 10. Tonight I had a strawberry banana smoothie… I ended up discovering that if you shake the blender side to side the entire time it’s blending, it won’t stop as frequently. But if I leave it sitting on the counter, it won’t blend nearly the entire smoothie at all.I would have to try using completely non-frozen ingredients, raw but still cold fruits… but that makes more of a puree than a smoothie I’m assuming, and I’ve never been a fan of ice in my smoothies (rely on frozen fruit).Anyway- I’ve never had this kind of issue with a blender before. It honestly is helping me control my anger issues, kind of like exposure therapy I guess (haha). I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. But I knew the risks, I always read reviews. Still thought I’d give it a go. And perhaps for travel purposes, I could use it in a hotel or something. But it is glass, so I’m honestly not tryna just throw it in my bag on the go.Man now I wanna give it 2 stars. I just think any on the go type blender should not be glass. But it’s a cute lil thing and it can get the job done. I’ll give it 3 stars. But note that this little blender could easily become your enemy if you are expecting it to be a professional. If you want a blender that is quick and easy, do not get this one :)
