Useless Product: You Can't Extract It from the Downloaded .Exe File
I’ve been a faithful user of Turbotax since the 1990s. I’ve never had trouble downloading and extracting it. But after downloading it this time, I could not extract it from the .exe file.Turbotax offers a variety of blame-the-user advice, but that advice doesn't solve the problem.If you can’t extract Turbotax 2024, you can’t use it: it is useless.

" State download and e-file additional."This needs to be made LOUD & CLEAR.This was an additional $80 or so.Other than that, did the job well.

What a PITA
There's no more downloading TurboTax directly on Amazon now. You get to go to "InstallTurboTax.com" and download the software from there. I couldn't copy/paste the key code for some odd reason so it had to be entered manually. Then, Turbo Tax had all the wrong personal information for me. Wrong address, phone number and email address... Even though I use Turbo Tax every year.Buying Turbo Tax on Amazon was because it was so convenient and easy. This was just the opposite.

It was very hard to get downloaded. I had to call Turbotax customer service and it still took 45 minutes to go thru the process. Would not buy this way again for turbotax
