Worked well while I was having therapy

i have used this just a couple times but I love using it. I am getting into playing ice hockey and I even looked up work outs that can incorporate that. I can honestly say that this upped my old work out and really makes it fun to use. I will even incorporate my hockey stick and its just really fun. I can really feel the muscles working during the exercise and after. I really do like it and think its great for legs and the core.

I'm VERY happy I found this! Slide boards are fun and this one is an awesome quality for the price. It arrived very fast, too. I had to put some heavy books on either end to flatten the curls, and I will say it doesn't do well on carpet, but it's perfect on the laminate flooring on the edge of my kitchen bordering my living room. It stays in place and I can slide myself silly watching tv. Great cardio and leg/glutes workout. I'll be using it a LOT.

Good for a little bit of time (month or so ) but after that , booties lose their sliding ability... slide board also stays somewhat in the rolled position.... would use as a starter board but for more advanced workout I would buy a nicer one

I am happy with this slide board. I was looking for a way to do some cardio and I had a Nike slide board and workout video back in the 90’s that I loved. I only wish I could find a DVD to workout along with again. There are a couple short videos on YouTube but nothing like a 40 minute full workout. Anyway, this board does provide a nice workout and change up from the normal exercise bike or treadmill cardio workout.

Okay I am short at 5 foot tall. So maybe my legs are just too short. But I tried to do this thinking it would be a safe way to remember skating. HA! I pulled my groin so badly I could barely walk for a week. BE CAREFUL ON THIS IT IS MUCH SLIPPY THAN YOU THINK!

I am a figure skater and when I am unable to take the ice, this is the perfect exercise, mimicking the strides of forward skating. It took a little getting used too, It isn't easy and one should approach it with caution in the beginning until you get your balance. But I love it. It is great for cardiovascular, strengthening the quads and stamina. It is great extra to my exercise routine

I started using one of these at my physical therapist post knee surgery and thought I would get one for home. I purchased the "Pro" version. The first one I got started coming apart in multiple spots when just leaving it out, because the rubber on the bottom is tighter than the plastic. This caused a sort of clipping feeling when sliding over those spots - not smooth. I sent it back and the replacement had the same problem after a few days but just in one spot and not as bad - see picture. I just stand on that one spot for about a minute to flatten it out before I use it and it has been fine for functionality. All in all it does a good job for the price but in the future I would probably spend a little bit more to get something better made.
