Gold Medal Premium Quality Self Rising Flour, 5 lb

Best flour for home made biscuts and my mome always said it was the only flour for pie crust . My main thing is biscuts . The problem I had is way they packed it , the bags were mashed flat was not happy about that because i lost some flour but it was still cheaper than walmart or harps wich is my only choice here and walmart dose not stock much so they are always out. When I need more ill reorder it here.

I had a hard time finding this in the stores. I am not sure why it’s a basic item. It’s perfect to make a quick bread without needing yeast.

It's OK, but not great, seems to be soft wheat (cake) flour, and biscuits need to be a little harder.But, that's just my opinion, the stuff does what it's supposed to.

Works like a charm - every single time.Good for quick breads (e.g., milk bread). Not a substitute for yeast (if that is what you are looking for).
