Windows 7 Pro 32bitに問題なくドライバをインストールできました。
パソコンはWindows 7 Pro 32bitを使用しています。シリアルポートが不具合を起こしたため、このケーブルを使用してシリアルポートを使うために注文しました。USB 2.0ポートへいきなりケーブルを接続してみましたが、ドライバが当たりませんでした。付属の小さなディスクを使ってドライバをインストールすると、その後は問題なくドライバが当たり、使用可能になりました。USB3.0ポートは試していないので不明ですが、USB 2.0ポートを使うのが安心でしょう。シリアルポートが不具合を起こした際には、こうしたUSB変換ケーブルは非常に重宝します。

Windows11対応らしいが認識しない。何が問題？

Windows11 バージョン23H2 普通に使えてます。
Tera Term5を使ってパケット通信、TNCとPCにこのシリアルUSBケーブルを使用 OSはWindows 11 バージョン23H2 付属のドライバーCDでインストール すんなり認識 普通に使えてます。

製品自体は問題ないですが、返品センターの対応が悪すぎます。事前の説明や予定返金額は一切ありません。

CNCマシニングセンタで使用
古いマシニングセンタから加工プログラムを出力するのに使用しましたCNCはメルダスでしたドライバはCDでついてきますがwindows10だと差すだけで認識されたので使いませんでした吸い出したソフトはComncV3です

たぶんWindows11かモデムとの相性と思いますが、認識エラーになり使用不能でした。

Windows11pro使用には別途ドライバー入れたら使えます
Windows11proのパソコンで、COMポートが認識せずに使えませんでしたが、問合せをして、対応ドライバー（WinXP/7用）でなぜか使えるようになりました。（Win10-11用も送ってもらいましたが使えず、チップが対応してないとのことでした。なので、Win10-11用ドライバーを削除後に、WinXP/7用をインストール後無事にWindows11Proのパソコンで使用が出来るようになりました。
