Arrive on time. Easy install after one view of a you tube installation video. Took 10 minutes to replace old one. Works perfectly.

The contact point on the original developed a tad of corrosion that I had buffed out in order to save a few bucks. Seems like things would be fine for a while, but eventually, I'd have issues again and typically when the window would go down, didn't want to go up, and storm clouds were brewing. Easy swap out once you understand to use a couple of thin dimes to hold two of the clips disengaged while using a small straight driver to unlock the opposite side. Makes me wonder why I waited so long.

Installed on my 2007.5 GMC Sierra 2500HD Extended Cab due to OEM master switch wouldn't operate front passenger window at all, this resolved my problem. Works the way it should...Overall, 4stars. Would have been 5 from me, but I noticed a few issues. 1st issue was the fitting. It fit perfectly, but is a little loose when you press down the window lock button. Brings me to my second issue, being when you lock the windows from being able to operate from passenger switches, the only windows the master switch can operate are the front windows. The rear windows will not operate from the master switch while the window lock is on. Not a huge issue I suppose, but is still an issue. 3rd and final issue, the buttons seem to be a little stiff. Other than that, it's working the way I want it to and it fixed my problem.

Before I received this product, Johnson emailed me to let me know if I have any questions or need any help with the install to contact him. To me that’s pretty awesome to go out of his way and on his time to make sure I’ll be able to install this new master switch. Before I purchased this product, I knew what to expect from reading the reviews. Yes I did have to do some minor filing of the molding about which took about 10 minutes. For the price and how easy the install was it’s really a great product at a right price and it works perfectly.

I have a 2010 Silverado 1500 LT and this is a perfect replacement. I used to go for the OEM replacement parts to support local/US jobs, but since they all come from China now, I don’t see the point paying 2-3 times the price for something that was likely made in the same country, and possibly the same factory! It works as well as new.

Product plugs in perfectly. But theres 3 little tabs that had to be filed down in order for it to snap into place. Also the drivers window button it very tight and sticks. It doesn't really mess up the performance but it just bugs me because it's not as loose as the other window buttons. It's an easy and cheap fix to the problem I had (passenger window didnt work at all from drivers seat) but I just dont like how the drivers window button feels tight and sticky.

This window switch controller fit in my 2011 Z71 Silverado 1500 with no modification needed. I was prepared to do some filing of plastic as some other purchasers have had to do, but it was not necessary for me. Backlight light up and all the switches worked. As you can see from the pictures I added, the aftermarket switch controller has some differences that the ACDelco OEM part in the bottom with placement of the plug, but the void space in the door is large enough to accommodate it. I purchased through Marsauto, so if you are looking for a switch controller that does not require modification I suggest purchasing through them.
