It never even crossed my mind to contact them for a refund, but they reached out to me and gave me a FULL refund!I was using this in my dogs food for a month thinking it would help his itchy skin and thought all other “benefits” are just a plus, but he is still itchy and smells like fish! I thought I was giving him too much so I cut back and even when I give him a bath he still smells and so does everything he lays on!

I haven't been using this for long but my vet told me to get some oily crap for my dog. He has that condition/disease that causes his nail casings to come off and his nails to split. It's a mild case and we caught it early and she said stuff like this would help. I couldn't pay what they wanted for theirs so she gave me a brand from Walmart I could buy (I told her I had a Walmart credit card and asked if they had anything similar). It was nice and cheap, probably worked fine, but didn't have all the oils she said he needed, so when I got my check and ran out of the other stuff, I got this one. It has more of what she said he needed, though I need to check with her and see if the dosage is high enough for his needs.The other one made his breath smell fishy for the first week but it faded so I don't know if this doesn't do that or if we're just used to it now. His fur is super soft, he doesn't lick his paws as much, and he seems to like the taste almost as much as the other one (but I'm using less, so I'm sure he'd like it more if I used more of it). This one is more expensive per ounce but not by much (it was $ .90 per ounce, this is $1.25 per ounce) but the dosage of this one is half, for healthy dogs. I was using the max amount of the Walmart stuff but I haven't talked to the vet yet about how much I can use of this. Either way, better deal, and better for him.Oh, and I don't mind the pump at all. It's dripped like one drop since I started using it three weeks ago. I prefer measuring by pumps rather than a spoon.UPDATE: Yeah, the pump leaks. A LOT. The company says they've updated it but I have a puddle where I keep it (thank everything holy I didn't store it in the dog cabinet!!). I still haven't checked with the vet about the dosage so I'd been giving him what the bottle said until about a week ago. His fur is thick and soft but he's losing nail casings and starting to lick his paws again so I've been giving him a bit more this last week.

We bought for our cat because of the dry skin and flakes coming off her back when we brushed her.We weren't sure if she would like the taste, but apparently she does.We put her dry food in a drink box container, added a few drops of the product. Shook it around to cover evenly, then placed it in a paper bowl to "dry" for a few hours. When feeding time came she gobbled it up. She is pleased and so are we.I will update you all later on the dry skin situation.Our pets only live a fraction of our lives. Treat them with love and respect. They deserve the best you can offer them. Give them good lives.Update:Her skin and coat show much improvement:We still coat her dry food with the product but now don't wait for it to dry. We just dump it into her food bowl, she gobbles it right down. It was recommended to me to refrigerate the fish oil. We do, and the plastic drink box used to coat the dry food. I wash the container once a week. She LOVES this stuff!! We love her.❤️. Hope you all love your animals just as much.....

As per my title, my dog is the BIGGEST fan and after a say of seeing her reaction (lackluster to her current food), she immediately jumps off the couch when she sees (smells?) me pouring this in her bowl. I bought the largest bottle and put a subscription service on so we're never without.Too soon to see any effect on her coat (i.e shine, etc), digestion or mobility-but one of the best parts about this? IT DOESN'T SMELL FISHY!!? How have they managed this magic is beyond my knowledge 🪄🤷🏻‍♀️Ps-I also give this to my cat, but she's basically feral so it's prob only keeping her from passing away. Also, have not noticed any changes

When my brother passed away, we took in his wonderful cat. She had been on a horrible diet overall, so we changed that right away. Bring back the pump dispenser being included with the purchase! Taking away the pump makes it difficult to dispense sort of having a dedicated measuring device for every animal size/dosing which is terribly inconvenient.
