Best form of deep heat is the roll on! Works quickly and so easy to apply without the risk of getting it on ur hands and accidentally touching other places. Smell isn’t as intense as the spray either. Small enough to fit into my handbag for on the go

I bought this to help alleviate chronic pain but I can’t use it. It burns so much that I had to wash it off. It was as bad as the pain. Disappointed.
