Yes I had a stroke left me without control of my ankle it’s great and I have more mobility then the 2.000.00 I got from doctors

Q: Xtra Large size???..don't see as option..but listed in size chart?

Sorry. I'm not certain about size but that would be the size I bought. I tried to use the thing pretty hard a couple of times but never made it work. It was just too cumbersome in the shoe and certainly not comfortable. I should have sent if back but git busy and messed around too long. It's good as new and when I pass my kids willingly toss it (I hope.) if you’d like to gave it, is send it to ya!

Q: does it fit in a cowboy boot?

It would really depend on the boot.

Q: would this brace get in normal shoes

I only wear this brace with my running and lifting shoes (so I don’t know how other shoes work), and it takes maybe 4 extra seconds to fit it in. It fits in at a different angle, but once inside the shoe it sits comfortably.
