Skratch Labs Exercise Single Serving 20 Pack, Raspberries

I used Skratch Hydration Mix on a 2 day 200 mile bike ride in 90+ temps. I was able to stay hydrated and alert for both of the 100 mile segments. I would never have been able to make the ride without Skratch. Great product and I use it for all my training rides during the year.

This was much lighter and less sweet than Gator and Power-ades - easier to use as a supplement on long, multi-day cycling tours without feeling over-sugared and nauseous. The slight grit from the calcium is a fine trade-off for feeling better and losing the supersweet options. No cramps, no quick highs followed by crashes, will definitely get again.

Love this stuff... I mix it a little weaker (24oz instead of 16oz) and it works well to keep the cramps away when cycling.

These are the best. Taste great, perfect for on the go, working out, hot days in doing yardwork, and after runs.

Good product for shorter distance cycling. Doesn't have a lot of calories though, so look for something else for rides over 2 hours. Also, it's quite expensive.

My go to during and after exercising! I love the raspberry....just enough to add a little flavor to your water.

i like this stuff. it has a delicate flavor, not over sweet. i like that it is natural. this is for during exercise. i'm a cyclist and i heard it was developed by a pro cyclist. i recommend it.

Good product in that it seems to do as advertised; like many other products.I didn't notice a big differeence from some other very good products.Product came leaking (lost its seal).
