I ordered 2 of these on 30th Aug 2024, got delivery on 4th Sept 2024. Opened on 11th September. Pleasantly surprised to find pills contaminated with Fungus inside the bottle which was in sealed condition till i opened it. The manufacturer itself is selling fungus laden pills. Raised issue with customer care twice on 11th September, they washed off their hands when i insisted on reaching out to the seller and brand itself. No return, no refund. My earlier review was not allowed to be posted here as well. Arm twisting and negligence when it comes to quality and customer safety.Regards,Sandesh Kadam

Hi,As per my review I can say this product was okay for me. Firstly, I found this product expensive and after having this I felt more sleepy. But yes it works to reduce stress. So, if you have any problem regarding stress you can try this.

Best quality of the product and effectiveness

I have been combining it with 2 cups of coffee (5 to 10gm of coffee) & 200mg of theanine to get that nootrpic mimicing alertness .I have also tried thealife by cipla ,so in comparison this product gives consistent result.Only issue i faced was sometimes i felt tablet had either too much l-theanine or too little as i got consistent and similar effect when i consumed thealife by cipla but with Healthvit i faced 3 types of effects:-(1)Alert & focus:Which meant each tablet had same theanine levels as per label(2)No effect just focus due to coffee:No or low theanine levels.(3)Sleepiness or mellowed stress free feeling-->Way to high Theanine exceeding the label.This was the worst as it defeated the purpose of supplementation and had lasting effect upto 6 to 8 hrs.Cost wise it's good & just wished amount was regulated like pharmaceutical supplements .Prefer this as thealife by cipla is too expensive.

because of its ingredients contents, which is sour gives an irritation in the stomach if taken in empty stomach. It will erode the stomach lining for sure. Unnecessary too many ingredients added unlike other L theanine available in Amazon.Best to take after half an hour after food, even that also can irritate the stomach lining. Therefore, had to order again the pure powder.1 caps gives a mild effect, needs to 2 caps to be taken together to get the desired effect.Overall, it is effective. But will not recommend due to stomach irritating ingredients.
