I’ve always wanted to try de Puy lentils actually grown in France, but can’t find them in stores in Canada, so I was grateful to find them online. When they arrived, I did a taste test between these grown-in-France de Puy lentils and some Product of Canada “de Puy” lentils, and was surprised that I prefer the sweeter taste of the Canadian “French” lentils . . . But I also love the earthier taste of these grown-in-France variety, so will buy again in the future to mix it up in my lunch salads. Arrived much quicker than expected.
