EI24ID81SS 24" Built-In Dishwasher with Wave-Touch Controls Energy Star Certified NSF Certified IQ-Touch Electronic Controls and 30 Minute Fast Wash in Stainless Steel

I built the house from DR Horton builder and paid extra money to get the top package. All kitchen appliances are Electrolux. This particular Electrolux dishwasher is very low quality. After washing, the dishes are still wet. After 2 months of using, the touch button labels are faked out (see the picture). I called the customer service and she said it is not covered by insurance. It is worse than cheap $300 dishwasher.

My home is also a DR Horton and this dishwasher is worthless after less than 2 years. Electrolux is junk as far as I'm concerned. Will probably end up having to replace everything. WORTHLESS!! Can't even find replacement parts without calling someone out to service. Would rather replace than to have to keep calling out their technicians.

I have this dishwasher for 7 days as I bought a new house that came with this appliance. My closing was on March 6th and in 7 days the upper rack is damaged twice. I unmounted it again as there is a part inside that is moving to a wrong position making it locked, I mounted again and put it worked again. I used once and damage again. So this is the worst product seen until now. Don't buy it at all!!!!
