The following review, we wrote after our first purchase from Print.Save.Repeat. We have made several purchases since that time and we are so completely satisfied with the service and their products. We've purchased toner and drum cartridges so far and when the toner says "high yield" it truly is high yield! We also appreciate the easy return of used items. We run a very busy automotive repair shop and the printer with this toner is used all day long. I'm not a regular Amazon reviewer, but would like to make an exception and express my satisfaction with the toner we have purchased from this organization. I initially had problems when a high capacity cartridge would not work in the intended printer. Although it physically fit just fine, Dell cripples the printers capability to use the higher capacity cartridges to sell more of the low capacity types I assume. I was contacted by the vendor after returning the cartridge who helped sort out the cause of the problem and steered me to the correct unit. Since then, I've ordered a dozen or more cartridges and all have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend their products and commend them for their excellent customer service. Cheers

I have been using this product for years and have never been disappointed. A great value

This cartridge worked for the most part although I don't have a good way to track how many pages I got out of it. My biggest disappointment with it was that it periodically caused problems in my printer. My printer would say "Missing or Unresponsive Cartridge" until I would pull the cartridge out, put it back in and close up the printer. After doing this the pages would then start printing.

Less expensive than Dell retail cartridges and you get a $10 Amazon gift card when you return it to them.We are regularly seeing 9000-9500 pages on carts and have purchased a number of them from the seller.They seem to be fully compatible, the Dell printers B3460dn and B2360dn that we have recognize them as genuine Dell cartridges and they don't leave any marks or smudges. They all last right up to the end of their life, printing just as dark from print 1 to the end.Thank you!

These Print.Save.Repeat ink cartridges work every time I order them. I have never received any error messages from my printers after putting them in. They last a long time as described. They do not leak and they don't seem "cheap" at all. Love the $10 amazon gift card they give back for sending back their used toners in their own prepaid label/boxes. There are some models that I only buy EOM but this one has proven to be better than the EOM.

Needed a more affordable toner replacement for our Dell. Working as expected so far. I knew I should have bought Dell stock in 1980 though!
