I like the taste
This tea is actually very good. I was scared about the taste because I heard other people saying they had to mix it as juice, but it tastes regular to me. It taste just like any black tea. All you have to do is add some sugar to it and you’re good.

Love this tea!
Great value for the price! I brewed my tea by the gallon and kept it in a pitcher in the fridge. Then drank it iced and mixed with 100% fruit juice. Tastes great, so easy to make a batch for the week!

Worth it
This my first time buying and trying this tea. The box is a decent size for the price paid. It comes with 32 tea bags which is great. The taste is natural it actually tastes like a black licorice. I love that it’s caffeine free.

Tastes great & is helpful
Raspberry leaf tea is a soothing choice for menstrual relief, known for easing cramps and discomfort with its natural uterine-toning properties. The flavor is light, slightly earthy, and pleasantly mild. It has a subtle sweetness which pairs well with honey or lemon. Overall, a tasty, comforting herbal tea for women seeking natural period support.

Production up but so is tummy pain
Helped with my milk production a lot, BUT caused a lot of tummy discomfort for me. My baby didn't seem grumpy or cranky, but she didn't have regular dirty diapers while I was on this. Overall, the discomfort was worth the boost in production but couldn't use long term for that reason.

Honest thoughts after pregnancy use
I bought this tea while pregnant because many people in a Facebook group recommended it, claiming it helps with labor. In my personal experience, that wasn’t the case — I didn’t notice any difference or special effects from drinking it regularly. When the tea arrived, I was concerned it might be fake because the box and tea bags looked different than I expected. After checking online, I learned it was just their new eco-friendly packaging. As a big tea drinker, I find the quality of this tea just average. One thing to note: if the water is too hot, the tea tends to leave a lot of dark residue floating in the cup and settling at the bottom. Using hot — but not boiling — water helps reduce that.Overall, I didn’t enjoy the taste or experience enough to recommend it. It’s okay, but not something I’d buy again.
