We’re a crafting household, and this has been a great way to take our projects to the next level. I found it especially beginner-friendly (I’m still learning myself), and the packaging was neat and well-organized, which made getting started even easier. If you’re looking for a fun and creative activity for a rainy day, this is a perfect pick. I’d definitely recommend it to my friends!

The wool is TINYYYYYYYY, but the foam pad is very dense. You get a lot of very vibrant colors, I’d say it’s worth it because you’re getting you’re moneys worth, it comes with everything you need, a variety of colors, it’s just a very small amount, but the quality of everything is HIGH. The needles are sturdy, the protective covers are thick, and tweezers aren’t flimsy. It’s def worth it! And it comes with a guide book so it’s easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good array of products and great for any needle felting beginner! Great array of felt colors and tools. The box is not the best quality (made of cardboard and bends easily) and I wish it came with instructions for how to use some of the items, but definitely worth it regardless.

Very good starting product! It gives you everything you need when you start. You get a limited amount of wool though so you do need to buy more a bit frequently.

Great starting kit if you're starting to learn how to felt!I must admit, when I first got the kit, I thought that the amount of wool was rather small. But it is quite deceiving as the moment you take the wool out of the packages you begin to realize that they condensed it pretty well... XDSo there is a lot more wool in each package than you initially think. Great for making a few first-time projects. It came organized and with a lot more things than I thought I would even need. Decided to go with making a small little dragon! This is my first time needle felting and found everything pretty easy with this kit.

There were 40 colors of wool, but it comes in tiny bags. The picture leads you to believe you're getting what other suppliers offer. I highly doubt the quantity is equal to the others. The quality is lower. The needles are also of lower quality. The felting mat is nothing but styrofoam. However, I will say for a starter kit, it's probably still worth the money. Just don't let it judge the hobby. Seek out other suppliers. There are wools that 'stick' together much better. I bought this for the color selection -- and if you just need a little of a color, it works.
