The quality of the product is not what it used to be. These products are now made in China.You can find better quality jars in the same price range: Ball, Bormioli, etc. Will not buy again.

Had to get right on after receiving these jars: I ordered 2 Kilner jars that shipped from an Amazon warehouse in Texas to Arizona. On opening the box, I discovered that the jars had no separation or cushioning of any kind, so they rattled around in a too-big box across Texas, New Mexico and most of Arizona, arriving in perfect condition. No chips, scratches or cracks. I love the Kilner products and own a few different jars, due mostly to their appearance. Now, I can attest to their durability. So, if you're looking for attractive storage that'll endure, buy a Kilner!
