Shockingly good transformation
Our German Shepherd Gunnar caused severe damage on the seat cushion on "his couch" from years of jumping up on it. I thought it was hopeless. I'm a leather care novice but I found this product and flew by the seat of my pants. I started with a cleaning and conditioning kit called Leather Honey. I used the Leather Honey Cleanser Spray, let it dry, then applied this Fortivo Leather Recoloring Balm in Camel color. The instant coverage of the atrocious damage was amazing! Yes, I squealed a bit, lol. After it dried, I applied the Leather Honey Conditioning Oil and it softened up the very dry Leather and gave it a lustery shine. I only applied 1 coat of color balm. In the "before" picture, you can see where I started to apply the color balm. In the "after" picture, Gunnar's damaged cushion is on the left side of his couch. I'm thrilled with the results. Thank you to both Fortivo and Leather Honey companies!

Way exceeded my expectations!
I am super impressed with this product. I read most of the reviews and payed careful attention to how some of those successful used it. I was pretty skeptical but got insane results. Our couch and recliner is 15 years old. It was crazy faded. This stuff brought it back to life! Even the parts that weren’t faded had some scratches from our dogs and this stuff filled them in.I would have done this years ago but thought it would be a big job. I vacuumed all pieces thoroughly, then used a high quality leather cleaner. Then I did a test spot and waited 5 hours. Then I did the whole sectional couch and recliner in about 1.5 hours. I let it dry overnight and then used leather honey conditioner. The results are just beyond my wildest expectations!!

It works!
Be patient!! Let it dry. Don't make the same mistake I did. I let it dry for about 2 hours and wiped with a damp cloth, it looked dry but wasn't. I then reapplied again and let it dry for 7 to 8 hours. I wiped it with a damp cloth and it was dry. I then applied a second coat and it let dry another 8 to 10 hours. I tested with a damp cloth and it was dry. I then applied a leather conditioner and it looks really good. You can't expect it to be perfect, but if I didn't tell you where it was applied you wouldn't know, I do because I did it. If you follow the instructions and don't expect a miracle I think you will be very happy with the out come! I tried the brush, but the sponge works the best. BTW, this was done on the headrest of my dark brown leather sofa.

needs a leather conditioner included with it
color is off a little and should come with a leather conditioner as it becomes very hard once on the leather.

Our leather looks brand new again!
OMG!!!! We have had our leather couches for 20 years and the seat cushions were very scratched. We have dogs and people that had rhinestones on jeans didn’t help either. I applied this on the clean leather one night and couldn’t believe the difference. The next morning I did an application again. OH MY!!! My couches look brand new again! I am thrilled. It has been over a month and they still look fantastic and none of the dye has come off on clothes. I am thrilled with the outcome. I didn’t even use 1/2 of the jar for two couches, two love seats, two oversized chairs and two ottomans. I did all the seats and touched up here and there where it was needed.

Amazing!!!
I have a Bernhardt sectional that is over 15 years old. Between dogs, kids and normal wear the couch had looked worn and filled with scratches. I tried applying conditioner and rubbed to see if I could blend the scratches, but didn’t work. I was about to contact a company locally to help revive. But, then did some research and found this product. This one particularly caught my eye as people stated it didn’t rub off on clothing compared to other competitors that did. So, ordered and received same day with Amazon. (Which, was fabulous!)Did a test area and let it sit overnight. Then, decided the next day to go ahead and do each of the 5 cushions and touch up only spots on the rest of the couch. I set up a working table to work on each cushion and then move to an area to dry. That was helpful as I didn’t have to bend down to do this and knocked out fairly quickly. I did wipe down each cushion with a damp cloth before applying the balm and let it dry. Then, I applied the sponge to the jar to get a small amount and blotted on a plastic dish before using on the furniture. I read one review that mentioned not applying too much. I agree, work in the die into circle motion and apply all over making sure not to see paint drips and assure it all soaked in. For the trim around the seat cushion I used the brush and then rubbed it lightly to take off excess with lint free cloth. I did this for each of the five cushions and let it dry for about 6 hrs. Then brought it up on my couch and applied leather conditioner and let it sit over night. I was worried that the color applied to the seats wouldn’t match the rest of the couch, but was pleased with how well it matched. I only did one coat of die, but was very pleased. Only one cushion shows slightly a couple scratches and can do that later with another coat if needed. The overall result is wonderful!! I saved my couch and not embarrassed for company to see it anymore. I ordered the 8oz jar and only used 1/4 of it. So, a little goes a long way. See my before pictures and after. You won’t regret buying, just that you didn’t do it earlier.

Blown Away! Amazing!
BLOWN AWAY! We bought these leather couches 10 years ago and have loved them. However time has taken there toll. The color has worn off and we were having to put covers on them as they looked so bad. Being 100% top grain leather they have held up physically great and still are very comfortable. As a last ditch effort to try to avoid replacing we purchased this repair balm. I am blown away! Even in one coat they looked sooooo much better. By applying multiple coats we were able to get the deep dark brown finish to perfectly matched the non worn areas. AMAZING!
