Heated in the microwave for 2 mins and the retention of the heat is a little over 10 minutes. I like this for neck spasms and tired shoulders. I would highly recommend it.

I have problems with headaches caused by neck and shoulder tension. This is perfect! Warmed up 2 minutes in microwave and 20 minutes later it’s still warm. The aromatherapy is chef kiss! I couldn’t love this more. Worth every penny!

I like the wrap, and use it for my neck and shoulders. Was somewhat disapointed with the size. It's made for smaller size shoulders, and not men. It's short on the sides, and doesn't reach far enough on the sides.I did like the design, and the fact it heats up nicely.I would like a larger size, perhaps an extra large would cover my shoulders, on both sides, with adjusting the wrap back and forth, side to side.

I got this gift for my brother for Christmas. He was bedridden due to him not being able to move his arms or body from a very invasive surgery! He had cancer and I wasn’t really sure what to get him for Christmas since he couldn’t move his arms or anything. So I went ahead and googled gift to give to bed ridden and or cancer patients and Amazon give me a lot of good options. Being bedridden can definitely stiffen you up so I thought this was a good gift that could help give him relief! It also had some essential oils I could help him relax, which was a bonus!

I love this heating and cooling shoulder pad. The aromatherapy and the heating and cooling all last for a long time. I’ve had my personal one for about two years now and it still smells fantastic whenever I heat it. I ordered this as a Secret Santa gift for one of my co-workers and she also had great things to say about it.

I love this product so much I bought ones for my mother and stepmother for Mother’s Day. I fold it in half and microwave it for one minute it, flip it, and nuke it for another minute. This makes it really hot, so lower the time if you are going to put it against your bare skin.Not only does it soothe your sore muscles and prompt you to relax your shoulders, but it is also really relaxing! Great to put on right before bedtime or when stressed.Some reviewers complain about the smell when you heat it up, but I don’t find it offensive. It seems that one of the herbs becomes more powerful than the others when heated. It smells like wet grass. Might be the lemon grass. Not bad at all.Also, it stays warm for a good amount of time. Haven’t freezed it since I am quite happy with the large CVS brand gel cold compresses. Highly recommend!

I really wish this has a snap to hold it in place. It takes much longer to heat up than expected and cools down very quickly. I like the weight but since it will not stay warm for more than a few minutes and falls off from lack of closure I will not use it much at all.

Love this neck/shoulder wrap! I bought this to relieve extreme muscle ache and tension in my neck/shoulder area and after only two uses, I can considerable relief. If you are sensitive to smell, please note the lavender & herbs. The smell is very strong during the first use, but it lessens quickly.I will be buying these for Christmas gifts this year!!
