Parcel arrived unwrapped with address label slapped on goods
The lunchbox is beautiful and well crafted. It’s quite expensive so I was surprised to find the address label stuck directly onto an unwrapped box. It looks second hand and dirty. Not good for a present

Not as advertised. Ruined after a few washes.
I bought this for my daughter, and initially she was thrilled. It looks really good. But... we chose this box because unlike a lot of the other decorated ones, the spec said dishwasher safe. A few washes and the decoration is ruined. Shes really disappointed and the box is going back.
