I use this neck wrap every night. I love the lavender smell, it holds heat long after I have fallen asleep. The weight and size of it is perfect. I can’t speak for the long term durability because I have only had it for a few months, but I use it almost every night and it has no signs of wear, it holds heat and smells the same as the first day I used it. While a bit heavy this heat pack feels wonderful once put on. However I do have help to put on.

I bought this because it has more coverage than most neck warmers. This drapes so nicely around shoulders that I can walk around the house while relaxing my muscles. My husband has rotator cuff issues and this covers the shoulder area as well. Smells good too

I have probably over 1000 items purchased on Amazon just because I am disabled and appreciate the delivery, also the price is typically much better than our local stores. I saw an influencer post about this earlier this year.. I hardly ever buy something I see an influencer buy online but this looked interesting and relaxing so I added it to my cart. I waited a few months for it to go on sale and it is so great. Helps so much with muscle aches, anxiety and stress. I felt that the initial smell was great, not too strong and a good blend of herbs Cons: it doesn’t hold its heat very long and it doesn’t smell as strong as it used to. But I’ve had it for a few months and use it 1-2 times a day

This is wonderful! It is big enough for neck ad shoulders. It heats nicely and smells great. I highly recommend this.

I’m diagnosed with epilepsy, migraines, thyroid disease, trigeminal neuralgia, and fibromyalgia. I hope I’m not forgetting anything. I hope this will be helpful to someone. Due to high stress in my life, and Hc profession I used my “Bed Buddy” religiously. I even heated it up and drove with it on my neck to work at the hospital in the mornings. The stitching has disintegrated, and I tried to fix it. It’s not fixable. I took a leap of faith and ordered this one because of the great reviews. When it arrived I was concerned because it’s quite a bit heavier than the one I’d used prior. I have significant chronic pain. It hurts my hands handling this thing more than usual. Picking it up feels like too much. It doesn’t relieve me like the Bed Buddy did. I think it will be great for someone that doesn’t have all the issues I do. However, for someone who does I wanted to share. With all my nervous system issues it’s too heavy. I’m trying to like it, but it isn’t happening. The only reason I haven’t printed out a return slip is because I’m out of black printer ink. It does seem like a quality product. If I was working right now (I got sick while working at the hospital.) I would probably keep it. It would be a back up for guests as I’m an Airbnb host. I think it would be great for guests. Unfortunately, I want my “Bed Buddy” back because I’m suffering enough as is and received relief from it. I need the money from returning this to purchase it. It does offer a lovely moist heat, and the material is soft. Quality product. I didn’t like the scent, but I would easily overlook it since it’s ingredients seem to be quality actually. It doesn’t have a fake smell. It smells like it should. One of the things with Epilepsy and chronic pain together are sensitivities to smell. I am almost embarrassed to share all of this. I’m going ahead because if someone had written this I would already have my “Bed Buddy”. I wouldn’t have to drive 45 minutes to a post office during covid and deal with the return. The size is good too. That is, as long as the weight won’t bother you. Thank you. 😊
