Replacement
First impression. I'm replacing the original battery received with the vaccum cleaner.Plug and play easy to use.Same size as the previous oneI wanted to be able to replace just the battery when it dies than replacing the whole unit and I am glad I choose this model.The new battery is lighter than my old one.It took around 2 hours to charge.Power : I only tried it on the living room rug and I must say it does not last too long on power boost and rotating brush mode but neither the old one. Less than 10 min.I used to do all the flat with one charge on regular mode and brush so this is to be tested later.

Short actual battery life 2yrs
Battery stopped charging after two years, developed a common fault according to forums. Battery itself is fine but the onboard BMS shows a fault that can't be cleared. Shame as the actual vacuum works well.

Original over a Cheaper one
Ok so this original battery cost more but please believe me, I have also gone down the cheaper route for a re-placement and maybe I was unlucky but it soon died on me, the build quality is better on the original and if I get the same time on it as I did the ones that came with the vacuum cleaner then I will be happy, The cheaper one lasted me 2 months { again I may have be unlucky } the ones that came with the vacuum lasted two years { one still going strong } if you compare the two together you can see that this original battery is built better and have a far better quality feel about it, is it worth the extra £30 odd pound? time I hope will tell.

Very happy with battery life and price of the replacement
It has an identical battery to the old one, which is now not holding full charge, being 3 years old 👵 so happy with the battery life
