Sure Petcare SureFeed Stainless Steel Bowl

For most of their 9 lives, we have fed and watered our cats only from porcelain/ceramic or stainless steel containers. So I wanted something other than the included plastic bowls when I bought two SurePet feeders. These bowls have the same dimension and silicone seal on the rim as do the included bowls. I like that the bowls lack the mirror bright polish that might be overly reflective to the cats. A 2-pack makes sense in all cases so that there is always a clean bowl available.

So happy to find the stainless steel bowl to put in the feeder instead of the plastic one that comes with it. Well made and fits perfectly.

I have several Surefeeds and love these ss bowls. They are a must. I put mine in the dishwasher and wow have they held up. I have a couple that are several years old at this point and the silicone gasket is a little tired but still in great shape & serves is purpose. Definitely a must have.

Love the stainless, wish half bowls were available! I change the wet food bowl everyday but leave the dry food for a few days. We have 2 of the feeders, as one of our cats tends to gain weight and wants to eat all the time

I wish the stainless was a little thicker but these have held up well and clean up easily. Doesn’t hold onto stains and odors like the plastic trays that the feeder came with. It does fit perfectly.

Really good fit in my cats sure feeders. Only issue is the silicone type lip on it. I understand it’s so it doesn’t slide around and keeps the food sealed when the lid is down but the reason I got these is because that same part on my plastic ones somehow grew mold even tho I was washing and drying properly. It’s hard to clean that lip really good each time so good inevitably gets stuck under there. I really like it other then that. Keeps the cat food smell to a minimum as I use only wet food. I noticed my plastic ones held onto smell really bad but the metal ones don’t.

I was so happy to switch from plastic to stainless steel. These should be automatically included with the feeder, or at the very least not so expensive, as plastic can cause so many issues for cats. In any case, I'm relieved to have finally switched both of my cats to these. It took one of my cats a little bit to get used to it but he adjusted fine. They are easy to clean and you can rest well knowing these won't cause acne for your dear kitties.
