Bought this mixer while traveling for a dish we wanted to make. We picked this one based off size, reviews and price. We were looking for something small so we could pack to bring home and it is on the smaller size, so if you're looking for a big heavy mixer this is not it! This one is lightweight yet powerfu and seems to be of good quality. It comes with multiple speeds and served our purposes well. We couldn't decide who got to take it home as we all wanted it! LolI especially loved the storage containerthat snaps underneath the mixer to store the beaters, so smart! Perfect for travel, camping or even at home. Could make a great gift as well, especially if recipient has limited space.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This hand held mixer was ordered to replace an older one which was dying. The advantages it has over the one we previously had are 1) it snaps into a case in which the attachments are stored, 2) it has a whisk attachment as well as two standard beaters, 3) the various speed settings are more powerful than our old one, and 3) it has a good cord length.

For a mixer, everything worked great. Good power/speed, attachments easy to detach and clean.Storage is the big thing for me, I like how the case holds the cord and beater attachments and snaps on so it all fits cleanly in a cupboard.

After many decades of service, my Kitchenaid hand mixer -- which still worked perfectly -- could no longer keep ithe beaters secured. Yes, I know that it could possibly be fixed, but due to its age and the fact that I've fixed enough in my life at this point, I didn't bother to explore if the parts for this 30+ year old model were still available to do so. So I did my research and read reviews, and this mixer looked like it would fit the bill -- and it did. Solid quality, performs well, powerful enough for my baking needs, a nice weight (not too heavy, but also not too light) and the fact that it can be stored along with its attachments (including a whisk) was a revelation to me. I do wish it had come with wire beaters instead of flat ones, but it seems that my old Kitchenaid's wire beaters are an exact fit, even with one of them having a collar, because the attachment holes on this mixer's underside are different sizes, and even though they don't need to be, as the beaters that come with it are collarless. With the flanges being the same dimensions and at the same distance on both brands' beaters, they worked.
