You can feel the weight immediately when you put this on. Fits well but aches the shoulders after a while.

Blank,Dips ,pull ups ,one leg squats ,jogging during my day off from work .would love to do push ups Little disappointed .apart from it sure does gives me a challenge to increase my strength 💪an for the record I can't get enough.

Very uncomfortable, the weight of vest was 16kgs not 20kgs, sent back and now NO REFUND, (apparently not received) AVOID!!!! Avoid!!!!

When I first purchased this the vest had a weird smell, which reminded me of melted plastic and this was quite harsh when I training but after some time the smell went. The vest was slightly uncomfortable and took some time getting use to. After a month or so of using this the vest ripped. I wouldn’t personally buy this brand again but outside of that it was an ok vest.

The vest is very well made and does feel comfortable when on. Feels heavy when lifted but not so bad when it is actually on. Good value for money.

It is what it says- a 20kg vest. However, the design could be better as the shape of it restricts your arms and it rubs if your arms are raised. I've had to put tape on it to reduce the rubbing but it still digs in a bit.Additional:I have just knocked another star off because the bruises from where it was digging in have started to show.
