You on track -I just recently deep dived into this field of study - Emotional Intelligence - Great addition to my subject library -Well written - good sense of humor -real life examples - nonjudgmental -I learned a lot about myself reading this book and practiced what I learned and got instant positive feedback.it can be a heavy read - I step away after 100 pages and digest what I have read. I put into action what I have learned and then when I see the results I am looking for - repeat steps one and two -A LOT of good stuff -

while reading this book, I felt I was in one of those rare conversations in an old fashioned coffee shop, with a an old friend who just happened to be an expert on the topic. I will buy at least several more titles by this author. Can't wait to read them.

I use it on Audible. Listening is good, but I almost wish I had gotten the hard copy. Otherwise, it can be helpful for relationships of all types.

This gem of a book is relatively short, and yet very potent. It spells out clearly and concisely exactly what the title suggests. These easy to understand and implement concepts are helping me make tangible improvements within my personal and professional relationships. Thank you!
