This product does exactly what it’s supposed to! I purchased it in a state of mom-emergency when my supply dropped so low, I almost gave up! But these supplements saved me. You do have to take two, three times daily which can be a lot if you aren’t used to taking vitamins or supplements, but it really does its job when used correctly. I even lowered my dosage once I felt like my supply mellowed out and they’re still doing wonders for me! I’m on my second bottle and do plan on ordering again!

I started these during my 38th week to ensure my milk production got the jumpstart it needed. Per their site, this is the only supplement you can start late in your pregnancy (please consult with your doctor). I had milk production issues with my first born and tried this brand (Milkapalooza) and could feel/see a difference. I knew starting these early on would help me with my milk production with my 2nd. I am able to almost exclusively BF, and I feel the Cash Cow supplements have been a huge support!

I took one dose of Cash cow (and sunflower lecithin) because I was pumping out literal drops- after nursing my daughter- and concerned my supply was tanking. This was ONE dose, and ONE pump session -IMMEDIATELY AFTER nursing my daughter, 12 hours after my first dose. 6 Oz! Very effective! Will not take this every day, but more “on demand” when I notice my supply is dropping. Pills are capsules. Found them easy to swallow. And did not notice an unbearable tastes.

I want to say these have been helping me as I haven't noticed a drop in my supply, but I also haven't seen a significant increase. I usually take 2 a day once a day because in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey it was a bit much as I paired it with brewers yeast and lactation cookies with pain, but not really a milk increase. My baby doesn't have any adverse reactions to this one, but she did to the pump princess ones.

On my second bottle. It makes such a difference. I definitely will want to buy this for all my new mom friends who are breast feedings and wanting to up their supply but also have more nutrients to their milk!

I’ve never left an Amazon review, but I had to leave one for Cash Cow because I was blown away! My milk supply drastically dipped at 8 weeks and it came back almost immediately with even more milk production than I had before after taking these. 10/10 recommend!

Much like every other supplement I have tried from this brand it just makes my baby super gassy & doesn’t work for me. Will say after leaving my review on liquid gold they offer a full refund which was really nice.

I noticed an increase in my milk supply as early as the following day of taking these capsules.
