Amazing product! Will buy again!
This is a great filter to help keep your tank clean. It definitely helped clear up the tank where it was visibly clearer after it was in for a few hours. The fish even seemed more lively after putting it in. I like that you can cut it to size and we can use it for our 55 gallon tank and the small 10 gallon we have and still have some leftover. Definitely recommend for routine tank maintenance

Works as advertised
Bought this to use in the 100 gal. koi quarantine tank which tested with acceptable nitrate & nitrite levels by cutting back feedings. Adding this filter further reduces the levels to a minimum, so that more feedings can be done. One observation is that this filter creates more foam or bubbles in the water but does not affect the water clarity or quality. Kois are happily eating and more active.

I was skeptical but it worked, and fast.
I cut a 4 x 10 piece and put it in the top of my filter in a 32 gallon BioCube saltwater reef tank. I use a Hanna nitrate tester for accuracy. This filter dropped my nitrate from 9.1 to 6.6 in about 6 hours, which is pretty impressive for a quick short term fix for a nitrate issue in any system. I assume it will continue to drop. It will be interesting to see how long the pad remains effective. Nice to keep some of this on hand for those times when you have a problem and just don't have time to change water right now.
