Works better than anything else. If you're like me and have "a nervous stomach" or have a stomach that doesn't digest things well sometimes, you need to use Gas-X. No generics that I've ever tried work as well as Gas-X. You have to buy the real thing or you'll just get tablets that are mostly sugary powder and very little medication.

Really fast acting. After having gastric by pass, I sometimes get very painful gas pains. This takes care of it within a couple minutes.

I thought my night was ruined but then my boyfriend suggested I take gas-x. Turns our offering me gas- was way less embarrassing than writhing in pain and holding in farts.

I think it worked, used after stomach surgery.
