Wow, first time getting these and they're really delicious -- soft and flavorful, with a sweetness and a saltiness, underlain by almonds and a hint of seaweed. If they sound at all good, they're worth a try!

Was hesitant, but I was looking for a light breakfast bar with low sugar, carbs, fat but wanted nothing artificial, and Yes bar met the criteria. Didn't need the fancy nuts instead of peanuts angle, but it probably helps others for allergies and distinguishes their product on the market. Overall, the sampler was nice and I actually liked them all - the spices were great and not an afterthought. Probably slightly too expensive for a daily (kind bar probably better bang for buck) but far better for a healthy treat or trips.

I like these, they are surprisingly filling for a square bar that is about 4x3 inches. They taste natural and not artificial at all- no funny aftertaste. I bought the variety pack thinking I would decide what I liked and buy more of that. I liked them all, so have bought the variety packs a few times now. They travel well, are low carb, and a great snack. They are pricey so look for a good deal- prices can fluctuate.

My favorite thing about this product is looking at the ingredients label and not seeing a single lab fabricated item. No high fructose corn syrup, canola oil, see oils, dextrose and words I cannot pronounce. Things that are normally produced in a lab that are considered flavor enhancers meant to get you addicted, are not listed as ingredients.My least favorite thing about the product is the price. You get six of what seems to be a 3-inch square; no I didn't whip out the tape measure, I just eyeballed it. If you get one of the unhealthy products with processed ingredients, you will give you more for your money to send you to an early grave.The product is nutrient dense, so the small squares net you 200 calories. But it seems to be filling enough hold me about 3 hours if I want to use it as a substitute for breakfast before grabbing lunch at 11:30am. I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip flavor and apple cinnamon flavor. I have a weakness for anything apple cinnamon so I am biased towards that flavor over the peanut butter chocolate chip. With not added sugars, both flavors have a mild sweet taste. The Peanut butter chocolate chip have more of a slight bittersweet coco taste with a bit of salt. The apple cinnamon has more of a tart sour apple taste to that I found myself enjoying more than the chocolate chip.

Love these bars! Great flavor & convenient. Just toss in my purse or desk drawer at work. Taste wonderful & you don't have to worry about what you're eating.

These cookies are great tasting but hard to chew(says my husband) That's a matter of opinion, I didn't think they were too hard. High in calories so they are good if you are trying to gain weight (Not lose it) You only get a small amount so that's a big expense for someone on a budget. You can look on YouTube and make your own healthy cookies for LESS!
