This book, read a page a day and read this in bite sized portions and the contents makes you think in terms of origins, frequencies, affirmations, vibrations and the cosmos.It is not light reading but something that awakens the conscience.

This is an interesting book to read for someone raised in Western culture. Explanations of physical and mental healing are detailed and make sense. I would have liked the word medulla to be explained in simpler terms. The yogi's description of the feminine nature being weaker is not borne out in biology, as females live longer. A thoughtful guide to living a good life.
