I’m not one for normally leaving reviews because I just can’t be bothered, but I feel that this little beauty definitely qualifies and for that I should do my bit for humanity. If you’re looking for something simple and effective and not going to rob you of your hard earned cash, this little speaker is amazing, even better than my expensive well known brand that stopped working after 2 years. I’m using this thing pretty much on a daily basis to blast out my high bass electronic dance music and after one year and it still sounds great. If you’re reading this buy it now (I haven’t benefited from this review in any way!)

This is the 2nd Anker Soundcore 2 Speaker I have purchased from Amazon. Why? .... Because they are just that Good.The moment you pick these speakers up, you know they are quality. Great rubberised finish feels nice in the hand as well as having a surprising amount of weight, suggesting great build quality and the ability to play some seriously distortion free Bass.It's Stereo, has Bluetooth, Waterproof, Rechargeable (via Type-C USB) and has a 3.5mm Jack-Plug. On the top of the Soundcore 2 are the control switches; On/Off, Volume Down, Play/Pause, Volume Up and Bluetooth. I think they Sound Fabulous.The reason I now have 2 Anker Soundcore 2 Speakers is, they work together as a Stereo Pair, so one is the Right Speaker, the other is the Left Speaker, creating a much Greater Stereo Sound Experience.Great Speakers with Great Features, hence my 5 Star Review.

Was initially disappointed that it wasn’t supported by the app so I could see how much battery was left and consequently deliberated exchanging for more expensive models, but really liked this one the white rubber finish and portability, more light weight than others and the battery lasts forever. It turns out you have plenty of warning that the battery is running out with a red flashing light which last for quite a long time so in a way the app is not necessary for that. Plus the sound is pretty good and three clicks on the play button and you go back a track and two clicks to go forward. The big buttons on the top make it easy to use. Also the Bluetooth range is incredible, so overall very impressive and well done Anker!

I’ve been using the Anker Soundcore 2 for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The sound quality is excellent—clear highs, solid mids, and the BassUp feature genuinely adds a bit of punch without distorting things. For a speaker this size, it fills a room better than expected, and it’s easily loud enough for garden use or weekends away.Build quality is top-notch. It feels durable, the rubberised exterior gives it grip, and the waterproofing (IPX7) means I don’t worry if it gets splashed or rained on. Battery life is impressive too—I get well over a day of use before thinking about recharging.But here’s the frustrating bit: it doesn’t have track skip buttons. Just volume and power. No way to skip songs or go back without pulling out your phone. It’s such a basic feature that it feels like a real oversight.

Fantastic speaker! I take it fishing most weekends and it’s the best speaker I’ve had! The battery and sound quality are both very impressive. Ive also been saved more than once by the waterproofing on this speaker! Twice I’ve dropped it in the water and both times it was fine and cleared out the water within a few seconds of playing music.

Makes a great soundbar for a small TV. A lot of Bluetooth speakers have done away with the aux port, so having that port in this model makes it perfect as a soundbar for my tinny little TV. Sounds great - bass has sufficient beef unless you try to really crank it up, but you would expect no more for a small unit like this. Battery life seems good - it claims 24hours but even half that would be fine. Great purchase

actually very powerful and loud. the bass comes through really well. reaches very loud volumes if you want, but gets slightly distorted at higher settings (if you set it to jet plane level noise, it's gonna sound a little off)much smaller than i thought, which is no bad thing, small enough to tuck away in a drawer or bag if you need, looks modern enough in the black colour, very portable unit.Very happy with how it works, buttons all very simple and instructive.haven't had any problems connecting to my phone or laptop, simple bluetooth connection.

This is a great little product. I do not know why I didn't buy one years ago. I can put it outside whilst I am gardening. And anywhere else I want. The controls are simplicity it self. My only down comment would be the sleek black controls are lost on the unit itself.
