Great product
Great value for money. I use them for cycling. I love these they taste like the jam in a doughnut and really help on long rides.

Best ones on the market! Tastes like liquid jam!
I much prefer the texture and taste of these to the SIS ones. It’s more liquidy and much easier and pleasurable to see off during a long run - never been a fan of the thick gloopy gels that make me feel a bit sick trying to swallow while exhausted. These High Five ones also come with electrolytes which is an added bonus and to top it off they’re a lot cheaper. No brainer in my option. Well worth trying them out!

Energy boosting but taste very salty
Love how runny they are, not gloopy like some other gels and these have given me the best energy boosts.However, they definitely taste salty and that makes them a bit hard to get them down.They're tolerable if you can take it down quickly, but hard to sip on during running, so I've resorted to having one of these just before the run starts and then during the run, taking the other HIGH5 gels without electrolytes cos they're just more pleasant to sip.

Honestly not great. Wasn't gel. More like flavoured water. No idea if this helped me though my 20 mile walk. But tastes nasty.

Couldn't have done it with these
I climbed Kilimanjaro - one of the hardest things I have ever done. If you have never done such a thing then a few things to take into consideration; You will not want to eat, but you need to or you will run out of fuel and fail. You will not sleep well or want to drink water, all of which is vital to your success in reaching the top of this fabulous mountain and achieving your dream. These HIGH5 Energy Electrolytes were without a doubt a huge contribution to my getting to the top and back down again. I lost two kilos from not consuming enough calories. Having fuel is so important not only the success of your journey, but also to being healthy and safe to continue.
