This is my 2nd order that I have purchased overall I feel a sense of well being and feel unbothered by things that would usually irritate me the chance are lessen (be consistence though) 2caps in the am & 2cap at midday as the instruction state ITS A GAME CHANGER !! so happy with this product

I was experiencing severe burnout symptoms from long term stressors. I was desperate and my usual antidepressants weren’t helping. So I started researching and was reintroduced to adaptogentic herbs. I learned there are herbs that are good specifically for burnout and will nourish my adrenals and calm cortisol levels. I took 2 in the morning and I started to feel the effects within 30 minutes. My mood lifted, my brain was clearer and I found myself up and cleaning my depressing bedroom. I found myself motivated to recommit to my goals. I felt so hopeless at one point and this gave me a huge boost of hope. I’m usually a very passionate, creative and ambitious woman. I look forward to being myself again. My anxiety was so bad that I was experiencing chest pain, hyperventilating, migraines and sleep disruptions. My deep breathing exercises and Sertraline wasn’t helping enough so I popped a couple of these. And it gave me such relief. The chest pain subsided and I had the clarity and energy to engage with the present. I only take them as needed so it’s not a continuous regimen. 3 days to a week seems to be enough to help me get back on my feet.

I bought this for my husband and I after some investigation into natural mental health support. We've been burning at both ends for quite some time and overall have had a *VERY* trying to start to this year. After he confided in me how burnt out he felt/apathetic I figured we had nothing to lose but lots to gain. I take 1 capsule in the morning and he takes 2. We both feel like DIFFERENT PEOPLE! The control I have over my emotions is improved, I've been able to focus like never before and even the way we communicate has been impacted in a positive way: not to mention our moods have greatly improved for the better. I can't believe we went so long without this supplement, never again!

My holistic doctor recommended this for some low level infections that I had. I didn’t really notice any difference when I was taking this but after about two months my infection levels did decrease. I think that this supplement is filled with things that it’s possible every day people could benefit from. This is the only HPA adapt and brand that my holistic doctor recommends and he is very well thought of in the DC metro area.

I asked my primary care for a prescription for anti anxiety meds due to post menopause symptoms. We had a great discussion and she asked if I was open to a more nature approach vs prescription. I agreed. She told me to use HPA Adapt and that I could get it in the office or Amazon. I am going on three weeks and am loving the change I see. I am sleeping better, extremely reduced hot flashes, I am less anxious, more clear headed during the day and able to focus better. My boyfriend even asked me this morning why I was so happy - I just feel better all around. I will comment on people saying they do experience weird dreams, I have experienced this but I don’t feel troubled by them, odd yes, the mind is an incredible thing and imagination is awesome! I recommend giving it a good try, not just a few days to feel the full effectiveness of it.

Sadly this product was not for me. I tried it for several weeks and the only thing I noticed was being extremely tired. I also feel it messed up my hormones and cycle more and though it says to take 2-4 a day. I only took 2 and that was enough to see the difference it made on me was not what I was hoping for when purchasing.Hope it has a better effect on others. Just wasn't for me.
